Neo Nails is currently hiring Licensed Nail Technicians for our busy, high-end salons located in Brickell and Key Biscayne, Miami.

We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about nail care and committed to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manicure, pedicure, gel, acrylic, and nail art services

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of tools and work areas

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships

• Recommend treatments and nail care products when appropriate

Requirements

• Valid Florida Nail Technician License (required)

• Experience with gel and acrylic applications

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:​

• 50% commission-based pay on services provided

• Technicians keep 100% of their tips – we do not take any portion

• Guaranteed $1,000+ per week based on a consistent 5-day schedule*

• Weekly pay with opportunity for bonuses based on performance

Schedule:

• Full-time or part-time availability

• Flexible scheduling available

*Earnings depend on experience, performance, and availability.
