Neo Nails is currently hiring Licensed Nail Technicians for our busy, high-end salons located in Brickell and Key Biscayne, Miami. We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about nail care and committed to delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manicure, pedicure, gel, acrylic, and nail art services
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of tools and work areas
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Recommend treatments and nail care products when appropriate
Requirements:
- Valid Florida Nail Technician License (required)
- Experience with gel and acrylic applications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
- 50% commission-based pay on services provided
- Technicians keep 100% of their tips – we do not take any portion
- Guaranteed $1,000+ per week based on a consistent 5-day schedule*
- Weekly pay with opportunity for bonuses based on performance
Schedule:
- Full-time or part-time availability
- Flexible scheduling available
