Neo Nails & Neo Brickell Massage is actively hiring Licensed Massage Therapists to join our luxury spa team in Brickell, Miami. We're looking for professionals who are passionate about wellness, committed to excellence, and ready to grow in a busy, upscale environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and therapeutic massages
- Assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly
- Maintain a relaxing, professional environment and deliver exceptional client care
- Keep treatment areas clean and follow hygiene protocols
- Accurately document session notes and client preferences
Requirements:
- Valid Florida Massage Therapy License (required)
- Proficiency in deep tissue and other therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build client loyalty and deliver consistent experiences
- Previous spa experience is a plus
Compensation:
- 50% commission on services
- 100% of tips go directly to the therapist – no split or deductions
- Guaranteed $600+ per week based on a 5-day schedule*
- Weekly pay and flexible hours
*Earnings depend on experience, availability, and performance
