Dazzle Dry Manicure in Brickell: No Lamp, Dry in Minutes
If you want color that outlasts regular polish but you do not want to sit under a UV lamp, ask for Dazzle Dry. At Neo Nails & Day Spa, 426 SW 8th St, a Dazzle Dry manicure is $43. It is on the same manicure menu as gel and regular polish, and you can walk in for it.
This page is only about Dazzle Dry: what it is, what it costs here, and when it is the right pick over gel. For the whole manicure lineup, read manicure near me in Brickell.
What Dazzle Dry is
Dazzle Dry is a nail lacquer system, not a gel. It air-dries. According to Dazzle Dry, the polish dries in about five minutes with no UV lamp and no fan. It goes on in four steps: a nail prep, a base coat, the color, and a top coat. Dazzle Dry says that when the four steps are used together as a system, the manicure wears chip-free for seven days or more, and that it comes off without a soak.
In the chair, that means no lamp at the end. Your technician tells you when the polish is set, usually around five minutes, and then you can wash your hands. The same timing is in our gel aftercare guide, which also covers showers and Miami heat.
Dazzle Dry prices at Neo Nails Brickell
- Dazzle Dry manicure — $43
- Dazzle Dry pedicure — $58 (see the pedicure menu)
- Dazzle Dry mani and pedi — $101
- Dazzle Dry polish change — $29 hands, $35 feet (on the additional services list)
For comparison, a UV gel manicure is also $43 and a regular manicure is $24. The price of Dazzle Dry and gel is the same here, so the choice comes down to how you live with your nails, not the bill.
Dazzle Dry vs gel vs regular polish
All three are good manicures. They suit different weeks.
- Choose Dazzle Dry if you do not want the lamp, you want to leave the chair dry, and you want longer wear than regular polish.
- Choose UV gel ($43) if your hands are in water all day, you swim, or you want two to three weeks. Gel is cured under a lamp and is the default for the pool and the office sink.
- Choose regular polish ($24) if you change color every week and do not need it to last.
If your own nails bend or peel, polish alone will not fix that. Look at builder gel (structured gel manicure, $59) instead. If you want a sharper cuticle line under gel, that is the Russian manicure ($115).
Dazzle Dry on the feet
A Dazzle Dry pedicure is $58, the same price as a UV gel pedicure and a Neo Spa pedicure. If you are walking out in sandals, a polish that dries in minutes matters. Want hands and feet in one visit? The Dazzle Dry mani and pedi combo is $101. The other combos, from $63, are in mani pedi near me in Brickell.
